The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Monday against instating the Trump administration’s “travel ban,” the New York Times reports, making it the second appeals court in the nation to do so.
The San Francisco-based court also ruled against the first iteration of President Donald Trump’s travel ban in February. As recently as early June, Trump suggested he wanted the Supreme Court to review the case.
