Power has been fully restored to the prison after inmates suffered the past week without heat or access to televisions, computers, or telephones. On Monday morning, the facility received a bomb threat following a weekend of protests against the frigid conditions and just hours after defense lawyers filed a lawsuit over this "humanitarian crisis."
