We still don’t have our flying cars, but who cares now that we’ve got a prototype of a flying motorcycle, not unlike Luke Skywalker’s fabulous Landspeeder? California’s Aerofex Corporation posted this video of their craft skimming above the desert surface on the air cushion created by two powerful fans. Is it actually useful for anything? Oh, maybe for “patrolling borders without first constructing roads”, as Aerofex claims. But really, who needs a reason to want one?
