Is There a Word for When People in Majority Groups Feel Overwhelmed When They See Slight Increases in the Representation of Minority Groups?

Not exactly, but it’s probably a subset of white fragility. Perhaps they’re also feeling prototypicality threat. In general, of course, Americans have innumeracy about minority populations.
