Former Oil Spokesman Is Appointed to Lead Critical EPA Office
The Trump administration has officially named Mike Stoker, an attorney and former Santa Barbara County supervisor, to lead the regional Environmental Protection Agency office overseeing California, Arizona, Hawaii, and Nevada.
