The Week in Photos: From a Mexican Border Wall Protest to an Irish Star Wars Festival

The small fishing village of Portmagee, which is closest to the location, has seen a boom in tourism following the latest films. The village will host a Star Wars drive-in and a Star Wars-themed Irish dancing competition over the weekend.

The May Day
The May Day “King” and “Queen” lead the Greenmen of Glastonbury carrying this year’s Maypole through the center of Glastonbury, to a ceremony at Bushy Combe below Glastonbury Tor as part of the town’s Beltane May Day celebrations on May 1st, 2018, in Somerset, England. Although more synonymous with International Workers’ Day, or Labor Day, May Day or Beltane is celebrated by druids and pagans as the beginning of summer and the chance to celebrate the coming of the season of warmth and light.
