A man walks by graves vandalized with swastikas at the Jewish cemetery in Quatzenheim, France, on February 19th, 2019, the day of a nationwide march against a rise in anti-Semitic attacks. Around 80 graves have been vandalized at the Jewish cemetery in the village, close to the border with Germany in the Alsace region. The graffiti was discovered early Tuesday, according to a statement from the regional security office.
