Lawyers for the White House have asked the Supreme Court to revive a part of its refugee ban, Politico reports.

Specifically, a federal judge in Hawaii had ruled in July that refugees may enter the United States if a refugee-aid agency promised to help settle them. Last week, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the Hawaii ruling. The new White House request argues that an agency’s help isn’t enough to merit an exception to its refugee ban.
